SUMMARY:Conflict management for employees - recognising tensions at an early stage and addressing them constructively
DESCRIPTION:Wherever people work together\, there are different perspectives\, expectations and ways of working. These differences can be productive\, but they also repeatedly lead to tensions and conflicts. If conflicts are not addressed or are dealt with very emotionally\, the situation can become entrenched and put a strain on the working atmosphere and teamwork.  \nThis workshop is aimed at employees who want to strengthen their conflict management skills.\nYou will deal with typical causes and courses of conflict\, recognise your own conflict patterns and understand how different personality types shape our behaviour. Through practical exercises\, reflections and peer counselling\, you will develop individual strategies for conflict management. Using specific examples from your day-to-day work\, you will try out how you can manage your own emotions and behaviour\, address misunderstandings and conduct discussions in a solution-oriented manner. \nLecturer:\nVictoria Domke is a personnel developer and qualified trainer at pme Familienservice as well as an independent job and career coach. \nWith experience in team building\, team development and moderation\, she designs her training sessions to be as interactive as possible with plenty of room for self-reflection and real insight.\nYou can register until 14 May 2026 here! \nThe number of participants is limited.\nCosts: \n\nMembers: €70 (net)\nNon-members: €100 (net)\n
