DESCRIPTION:The German Conference on Bioinformatics (GCB) is an annual\, international conference devoted to all areas of bioinformatics and meant as a platform for the whole bioinformatics community. Recent meetings attracted a multinational audience of approx. 250 participants each year.\nPoster abstracts may be submitted until August 8th\, 2021.Keynote talks have been confirmed by Andrea Br&auml\;utigam (Bielefeld University\, Germany)\, Malia Gehan (Danforth Plant Science Center\, St. Louis\, USA)\, Carole Goble (The University of Manchester\, UK)\, Jens Meiler (Leipzig University\, Germany)\, Uwe Ohler (Max Delbrueck Center Berlin\, Germany) und Thomas Rattei (University of Vienna\, Austria).Beyond that\, Thomas Lengauer (Max Planck Institute for Informatics Saabr&uuml\;cken\, Germany) will give an evening lecture on September 7th.
