DESCRIPTION:The Silicon Saxony working groups "Security &amp\; Privacy" and "Smart Systems &amp\; IoT" as well as the ICCAS cordially invite you to the joint networking event "Silicon Saxony meets ICCAS" on 2 June 2026 in Leipzig.\nThe event will focus on a direct exchange between politics\, science and technology development on current issues relating to key digital technologies - and a joint discussion on how innovations can be translated into concrete applications and care.\nTwo keynote speeches will provide insights into current developments in research and practice and open up perspectives on future technological and social transformation processes in the field of digitalisation and health.\nA particular focus of the event is the subsequent tour of the ICCAS research and demonstration environment. Here you can experience first-hand how new technologies interact along the medical supply chain - from preclinical emergency care and the networked operating theatre to the digitally supported patient room and modern robotic assistance systems. The demonstrators show how research can be turned into concrete application scenarios for practice.
