SUMMARY:Training event to maintain expertise in accordance with the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance (ChemVerbotsV)
DESCRIPTION:In accordance with Section 11 of the German Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance (ChemVerbotsV)\, qualified persons are obliged to keep their technical knowledge up to date by attending training events. ACA-pharma concept GmbH offers a one-day online seminar as a training institution recognised by the Saxon State Ministry of Economic Affairs\, Labour and Transport to maintain expertise in accordance with ChemVerbotsV.\nThe relevant basic knowledge is repeated and the current changes to the relevant legislation are conveyed. Specific interests and needs of the participants are also addressed.\nThe repetition of basic knowledge focuses on:\n\nthe requirements for dispensing in accordance with ChemVerbotsV\, such as authorisation and notification obligations as well as information and documentation obligations\, prohibition of mail order and self-service\;\nthe naming of the substances and mixtures to which restrictions apply\, stating the restrictions depending on the recipient group\, in each case with an explanation of the reason for the regulation and practical examples\;the classification\, labelling and packaging in accordance with the CLP Regulation with an explanation of the classification system (hazard classes\, hazard categories) and the hazards associated with use\;\n\nThe repetition is rounded off with explanations on\n\n\nthe restrictions on placing on the market in accordance with REACH Annex XVII and XIV including the delimitation to the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance\;\nSafety data sheets according to REACH Annex II\;\nRequirements for the placing on the market of biocidal products\;\nRequirements for the protection of employees (ArbSchG\, GefStoffV\, TRGS)\, hazard prevention and emergency preparedness\;\nProperties of substances\, effects on humans and the environment\, toxicology\;\nPenal and administrative offences.\n\n\nVDSI points:\n\n\nOccupational health and safety: 2\; Health protection: 1\; Fire protection: 1\n\n
