Leading teams in projects

On the subject:
Project managers should motivate new teams to perform as quickly as possible and thus achieve the project goals together. However, unlike department heads, project managers are not usually subject to disciplinary authority. This makes it difficult to manage a project ("general without an army"). In addition, the team members often have other tasks in the company alongside their project work. This poses a particular challenge for project management. In this seminar, we will show you how to lead your team members to success together and constructively.

• Prerequisites for successful project management
• Project management between company management and line organisation
• Leading at different hierarchical levels
• Employee motivation and involvement right from the start
• Appropriate delegation and control of tasks
• Recognising and correctly deploying the different resources of project staff
• Dealing with destructive behaviour in project team meetings
• Dealing constructively with conflicts in the project team and in the project environment

Cancellation of registration remains free of charge until the respective registration deadline. In the event of cancellation after the registration deadline, 50% of the course price will be charged. In the event of unexcused non-attendance, the full course price is due.
