The aim of leap:up GmbH (hereinafter “Provider”) is to secure, strengthen and expand the Saxon biotech-nology and life sciences industry. To this end, the Provider offers various services in areas such as pro-ject management (e.g. backoffice activities), consult-ing (e.g. selection of funding), training and qualifica-tion, and development of hubs and accelerators.

General Terms and Conditions for Participation in Events organized by biosaxony e.V. and leap:up GmbH
biosaxony e.V. (hereafter referred to as “biosaxony”) is the Saxon cluster for biotechnology, medical technology and the healthcare industry. Its members include companies, scientific institutions, as well as stakeholders and suppliers in the industry. The cluster's tasks include initiating projects between industry and science, providing services and knowhow, and presenting regional expertise in order to support the value-adding expansion of these crosssectional technologies and to strengthen Saxony as an economic region. Many of these services are provided by the leap:up GmbH as the operating company of biosaxony (leap:up GmbH and biosaxony together hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”). To fulfill these purposes, the Organizer organizes, among other things, events.
