Start of the third round of MEDICAL FORGE LEIPZIG

The MEDICAL FORGE LEIPZIG is an incubator for young innovative medical technology companies on the BioCity Campus Leipzig. It offers start-ups and SMEs state-of-the-art laboratory workstations, coaching and mentoring from experienced industry experts and easier access to clinics and users of their technologies.
The start-ups and SMEs selected in the third round cover a broad spectrum of medical indications and are based on different technologies - from diagnostics to artificial intelligence for ventilators.
The MEDICAL FORGE LEIPZIG is co-financed via partnership models with strong partners such as HP, the Leipzig University Hospital, the Sankt Georg Leipzig Clinic, the LGH - Leipzig Trade and Industry and the Leipzig Office for Economic Development.
The Welcome Week took place from 22 to 26 April and offered start-ups and SMEs the opportunity to network and exchange ideas on site in Leipzig. An after-work event organised by the BIO CITY Community on 24 April also offered the opportunity to get to know the teams personally.
