Collaborative Drug Discovery, Inc provides a secure and intuitive software suite for biologists and chemists in academic, biotech and pharmaceutical environments.
The flagship product, CDD Vault, enables researchers to intuitively organise and analyse biological and chemical data and collaborate with partners through an easy-to-use web interface.
CDD Vault enables scientists to register entities, track stocks, manage bioassay data, record experiments, calculate Structure-Activity Relationships (SAR) and search their data for drug candidates. It also acts as an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) for recording and sharing experimental results.
CDD Vault is characterised by its intuitive design, superior performance and workflows for secure, collaborative data sharing capabilities. Founded in 2004, CDD serves thousands of drug discovery researchers around the world. The software supports small molecule work as well as data and results around antibody and protein therapeutics, CRISPR, PROTACs and drug combinations (mixtures).

Our philosophy is to develop lean software that simplifies the complexity of data for our users while improving collaboration and security.
Collaborative Drug Discovery provides an API (Application Programming Interface) that can be used for secure programmatic access to your data in the CDD Vault. Using the API, client applications such as Microsoft Office, Pipeline Pilot, Knime and others can be configured to directly access and process chemical and biological data from the CDD Vault.
